The browser currently represents our bare Au9 gene models that mirror the data at the AUGUSTUS Chlamy website. This will be updated with substantially more annotation data (and linked to our wiki) once our paper is complete and submitted.

At this point, we've included both mitochondrial and plastid genomes, along with rRNA gene clusters and tRNA genes, since we've gotten a few inquiries about them already. Much more will come....
